From the birthplace of coffee comes this exceptional Yirgacheffe. Grown at 1,900-2,200 meters elevation in the Gedeo Zone, these beans are wet-processed to bring out their delicate floral character.
Best enjoyed as pour-over or Chemex to highlight the delicate florals. Medium-fine grind, 200°F water, 1:16 ratio.
